    RolePlay Universe Rules and Guidelines~

    ~Rules~
    Language
    - When posting in the forums, use proper English with the right grammar, punctuation and spelling. Those Who aren't native English speakers, just have to try their best.
    - When posting in the forums, you are to speak English ONLY. When wanting to speak a language other than English, you shout or PM (Private Message) the one you want to talk to.
    - You are not to use chat language in the forums, other than the Spam. It is disturbing to other members whom can't understand it !f UR tIpIng lk th!s.

    Respect towards other members
--> Respect means no flaming, trolling, fighting, harrassment, bugging or annoying other members.
    - You are to treat and chat with others with respect. All have joined a community, not a flame war site.
    - When the staff catches you flaming (insulting another member), action will be taken.
    - When the staff catches you trolling (provoking flaming in any way), action will be taken.
    - When the staff catches you cursing anywhere at any time, the post will be deleted. Excessing will end up in a ban.
    - No bashing! When hating something explain in a mature way. (And with mature, I do not mean fighting like adults)
    - You may discuss a subject (when not agreeing with it). But support your opinion or/and statements with evidence.
    - Report threads and the staff will take care of it. No further responds are needed.
    - No content -textual, graphical, or otherwise - that is racist, pornographic (sexual activity), disturbing (like suicide, rape, or extreme violence), etc. Under-aged visit these forums, so watch it.
    - Porn is not allowed in these forums in any form: Images, text, clips, sounds or downloads.
    - Don't post images in the chat. It's very disturbing to those with a bad connection. Just post links.

    Illegal?
    - Any way of requesting or providing copyrighted software, images, games, movies, teksts, etc. or encouraging others to break the law is prohibited. Stealing ones work (GFX, art or creative writing etc.) and passing it as your own is also prohibited!

    Spamming and you!
    - Any post irrelevant to the thread is considered spam.
    - One-liner posts such as "I don't know..." or "Yea I know.'' are spam too.
    - Spam discussions go to The can of Spam.
    - Double posting is spam. There's an edit button for that. But if 24 hours have passed it's allowed.
    - Duplication of threads or posting threads that aren't according to our guidelines will be considered as spam.

    Multiple Accounts
    - Having more than one account per person is prohibited. It will not be allowed and the user whom all the accounts are of will be banned (maybe even permanently).
    - When having multiple accounts and you report it to the staff, we'll be more lenient.

    Advertising
    - Advertisement in threads, posts, VM's or PM's. This is spam!
    - Ask a moderator for permission for your advertisement.

    Flaming about bans.
    - Pestering staff about bans is prohibited! We will not allow this. When one is banned, it is not without a reason. The staff hasn't the obligation to explain the reason for banning to other members.
    - Any flaming of staff due to a ban, will be issued with a ban.

When you see somebody breaking one or more of the rules
    - Report the user. Just click on the report button. The mods will Take care of it. The report button is the exclamation sign.

    - Do not back seat moderate! We have a team of moderators with their task to address the members at fault. Please just report the person breaking the rules and leave it to our moderators. That's what moderators are for right?

    ~Guidelines~

    Creating a thread

First of all, the rules(listed above) are to be followed. When creating a thread, post it in the right forum. When it's not, the staff will move it to the right one. Avoid double posting or creating a doubled thread. Check the other threads in the forums before creating one!
